Abstract:
(EN) There is presented a method of providing a wavelength tunable photon source (200), comprising bonding a first element (101) with a first mirror (106), a second element (102) with a second mirror (108) and a third element (103) with a photon emitter together in a structure enclosing an inner volume (214) being a sealed volume, and forming a bonding interface (212) which is gas-tight, so that the first mirror (106) is placed in the inner volume (214) so the first mirror (106) may move within the inner volume (214). The method provides a relatively simple way of obtaining a tunable photon source where the inner volume is sealed. The invention furthermore relates to a corresponding photon source, and use of such photon source.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour obtenir une source de photons ajustable en longueur d'onde (200), consistant à coller un premier élément (101) à un premier miroir (106), un deuxième élément (102) à un deuxième miroir (108), et un troisième élément (103) à un émetteur de photons dans une structure renfermant un volume interne (214) qui est un volume scellé, et en formant une interface de collage (212) qui est étanche aux gaz de sorte que le premier miroir (106) soit placé dans le volume interne (214) et que le premier miroir (106) puisse se déplacer dans le volume interne (214). Le procédé offre une manière relativement simple pour obtenir une source de photons ajustable où le volume interne est scellé. L'invention concerne également une source de photons correspondante, et l'utilisation de cette source de photons.
