Abstract:
A wavelength-adjustable laser outputting method and adjustable laser device, the method comprising: a thermoelectric cooler (509) adjusts the working temperature of a laser device (501) according to a received control signal, such that the laser device (501) stimulates a multiple-longitudinal mode optical signal corresponding to the current working temperature, and the multiple-longitudinal mode optical signal corresponds to the transmittance peak of a filter (503) at a peak wavelength; the filter (503) filters the multiple-longitudinal mode optical signal to obtain a single-frequency optical signal corresponding to a peak wavelength frequency; a reflector (504) reflects part of the single-frequency optical signal to the laser device (501); the laser device (501) locks a working frequency according to the central wavelength of the received single-frequency optical signal, and generates and outputs a frequency-locked optical signal having a wavelength the same as the central wavelength of the single-frequency optical signal. The peak wavelength of a multiple-longitudinal mode optical signal is changed by temperature, and processed into a single-frequency optical signal corresponding to the frequency of the multiple-longitudinal mode optical signal, and the working frequency of a laser device is locked, thus realizing simple and low-cost output of a wavelength-adjustable optical signal.
