Abstract:
A light emitting diode pixel unit circuit and a display panel. The light emitting diode pixel unit circuit comprises a driving module (31). The driving module (31) comprises a driving thin film transistor (DTFT), a first switch element (T1), a first capacitor (C1), a second capacitor (C2), and a driving control unit (311). The driving control unit (311) comprises a matching transistor (T3) whose threshold voltage (Vth3) matches with a threshold voltage (Vth) of a driving thin film transistor (DTFT), is located between a positive voltage output end of a power supply (VDD) and a first node (P1), and is used for storing the threshold voltage (Vth3) of the matching transistor (T3) by controlling the charging and discharging of the second capacitor (C2), so as to compensate the threshold voltage (Vth) of the driving thin film transistor (DTFT). By using the light emitting diode pixel unit circuit, the problem that the brightness of a display panel is nonuniform due to different threshold voltages (Vth) of a thin film transistor can be solved; and a touchscreen circuit (32) is integrated in the pixel unit circuit to implement a touch function of the display panel.
