(EN)The present invention relates to an apparatus for driving a light emitting diode. The apparatus for driving the light emitting diode according to the present invention comprises a rectifier circuit for accessing an Alternating Current (AC) voltage source to rectify an AC voltage of the AC voltage source, a light emitting diode array connected to an output side of the rectifier circuit and including a plurality of light emitting diode array blocks, and a charging/discharging circuit configured to be charged by a voltage output from the rectifier circuit, wherein the apparatus for driving the light emitting diode comprises a discharging switch, a block switch circuit, and a controller. The apparatus for driving the light emitting diode according to the present invention can apply a voltage equal to or larger than a driving voltage to intervals around a phase of 180 degrees in which the light emitting diode cannot be driven since a size of the voltage applied by the AC voltage source is smaller than or equal to the driving voltage, by using the charging/discharging circuit and the switch.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un appareil de commande d'une diode électroluminescente. Cet appareil de commande de diode électroluminescente comprend un circuit redresseur destiné à communiquer avec une source de tension alternative (tension CA) pour redresser la tension CA de ladite source de tension CA, une matrice de diodes électroluminescentes reliée au côté sortie du circuit redresseur et comprenant une pluralité de blocs de matrice de diodes électroluminescentes, et un circuit de charge/décharge conçu pour être chargé par une tension de sortie du circuit redresseur, ledit appareil de commande de diode électroluminescente comprenant un commutateur de décharge, un circuit de commutation de module et un contrôleur. L'appareil de commande de diode électroluminescente selon la présente invention peut appliquer, par le biais du circuit de charge/décharge et du commutateur, une tension égale ou supérieure à une tension de commande dans des intervalles situés autour d'une phase de 180 degrés à l'intérieur laquelle la diode ne peut commandée car le niveau de tension appliqué par la source de tension CA est inférieur ou égal à la tension de commande.
