(EN)The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a lithium-titanium composite oxide in which two different metals are doped, and a lithium-titanium composite oxide manufactured thereby in which two different metals are doped. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a lithium-titanium composite oxide in which different metals are doped, thereby adjusting the content of impurities by mixing two different metals in a solid phase after adjusting the mixing ratio of the two different metals, grinding the mixture, and spray-drying the ground mixture, and to a lithium-titanium composite oxide manufactured thereby in which different metals are doped. By doping two different metals on the surface of a lithium-titanium composite oxide after adjusting the ratio of the two different metals to be appropriate, the present invention reduces the content of rutile type titanium dioxide, anatase type titanium dioxide, and Li2TiO3, which have been included as impurities in the prior art, thereby manufacturing titanium dioxide having excellent capacity characteristics and structural characteristics. In addition, a battery comprising such titanium dioxide exhibits excellent battery characteristics in which the early charge/discharge efficiency and the rate capability are high.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un oxyde composite de lithium-titane, dans lequel deux métaux différents sont dopés, et un oxyde composite de lithium-titane fabriqué par ce procédé, dans lequel deux métaux différents sont dopés. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un oxyde composite de lithium-titane, dans lequel des métaux différents sont dopés, ce qui ajuste la teneur des impuretés par le mélange de deux métaux différents dans une phase solide, après ajustement du rapport de mélange des deux métaux différents, broyage du mélange et séchage par atomisation du mélange broyé, ainsi qu'un oxyde composite de lithium-titane fabriqué par ce procédé dans lequel des métaux différents sont dopés. Par le dopage de deux métaux différents sur la surface d'un oxyde composite de lithium-titane après ajustement du rapport des deux métaux différents pour qu'il soit approprié, la présente invention réduit les teneurs en dioxyde de titane de type rutile, en dioxyde de titane de type anatase et en Li2TiO3, qui ont été inclus en tant qu'impuretés dans l'état de la technique, ce qui permet de fabriquer du dioxyde de titane présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de capacité et caractéristiques structurales. De plus, une batterie comprenant un tel dioxyde de titane présente d'excellentes caractéristiques de batterie, selon lesquelles l'efficacité de charge/décharge précoce et la capacité de débit sont élevées.
(KO)본 발명은 2가지 이종 금속이 도핑된 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물의 제조 방법, 및 이에 의하여 제조된 2가지 이종 금속이 도핑된 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 2가지 이종 금속의 혼합비를 조절하여 고상 혼합, 분쇄하고, 분무 건조함으로써 불순물의 함량을 조절할 수 있는 이종 금속이 도핑된 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물의 제조 방법, 및 이에 의하여 제조된 이종 금속이 도핑된 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물의 표면에 2가지 이종 금속을 적절한 비율로 조절하여 도핑함으로써 종래 불순물로 포함되던 루타일형 이산화티탄, 아나타제형 이산화티탄 및 Li2TiO3의 함유량을 감소시켜 용량 특성 및 구조적 특성이 우수한 이산화티탄을 제조할 수 있으며, 이와 같은 이산화티탄을 포함한 전지는 초기 충방전 효율 및 율특성이 높은 우수한 전지 특성을 나타낸다.
