(EN)The present invention relates to a photovoltaic tracker using a photodiode. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a photovoltaic tracker which is simply and inexpensively manufactured consisting of a photodiode, a transistor, a resistance and a DC motor, without control by means of a separate program, and which rotates a solar cell part along the direction of the light of the sun being incident to the photodiode. To this end, the present invention comprises: a solar cell part which comprises at least one solar cell, converts the incident light of the sun into electric energy, and is rotated by means of control of a body part; and the body part which is connected to the lower side of the solar cell part and rotates the solar cell part along the direction of the light of the sun being incident to the photodiodes each attached to both ends of the outside. The body part comprises: a power supply part including a printed circuit board (PCB) for supplying power; the photodiodes, each of which is attached to both ends of the outside; a transistor for operating a DC motor according to a signal applied from the photodiode which is in a forward bias status; and a DC motor which is connected to the lower side of the solar cell part and rotates the solar cell part in the direction of incidence of the light of the sun according to the signal applied from the transistor.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif de poursuite de module photovoltaïque qui utilise une photodiode. Le but de la présente invention est de proposer un dispositif de poursuite de module photovoltaïque qui soit simple et peu coûteux à fabriquer avec seulement une photodiode, un transistor, une résistance et un moteur à courant continu, sans commande au moyen d'un programme séparé et qui fasse tourner une partie de cellule solaire suivant la direction de la lumière du soleil, incidente sur la photodiode. A cette fin, la présente invention comprend : une partie de cellule solaire qui comprend au moins une cellule solaire, convertit la lumière incidente du soleil en énergie électrique et est entraînée en rotation au moyen de la commande d'une partie de corps ; et une partie de corps, raccordée à un côté inférieur de la partie de cellule solaire, qui fait tourner la partie de cellule solaire suivant la direction de la lumière du soleil incidente sur la photodiode, chacune fixée aux deux extrémités de l'extérieur, la partie de corps comprenant : un bloc d'alimentation comprenant une carte de circuit imprimé (PCB) pour fournir l'énergie ; des photodiodes, chacune étant fixée aux deux extrémités de l'extérieur ; un transistor faisant fonctionner un moteur à courant continu en fonction d'un signal appliqué à partir de la photodiode qui est dans un état de polarisation en sens direct ; et un moteur à courant continu, raccordé au côté inférieur de la partie de cellule solaire, qui fait tourner la partie de cellule solaire dans la direction d'incidence de la lumière du soleil en fonction du signal appliqué à partir du transistor.
(KO)본 발명은 포토 다이오드를 이용한 태양광 추적기에 관한 것으로서, 별도의 프로그램 제어 없이, 포토 다이오드, 트랜지스터, 저항 및 DC 모터 만으로 간편하고 저렴하게 제작되며, 포토 다이오드로 입사되는 태양광의 방향에 따라 태양전지부를 회전시키는 태양광 추적기를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 적어도 한 개 이상의 솔라 셀을 포함하여, 입사되는 태양광을 이용하여 전기 에너지로 변환하며, 본체부의 제어에 의해 회전되는 태양전지부; 및 상기 태양전지부의 하측에 연결되며, 외부 양 단에 각각 부착된 포토 다이오드로 입사되는 태양광의 방향에 따라 상기 태양전지부를 회전시키는 본체부; 를 포함하되, 상기 본체부는, 인쇄회로기판(PCB)을 포함하여 이루어져, 전원을 공급하는 전원부와, 외부 양 단에 각각 부착되는 포토 다이오드와, 순방향 바이어스 상태가 된 포토 다이오드로부터 인가된 신호에 따라 DC 모터를 동작시키는 트랜지스터, 및 상기 태양전지부의 하측에 연결되어, 상기 트랜지스터로부터 인가된 신호에 따라, 상기 태양전지부를 태양광이 입사된 방향으로 회전시키는 DC 모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
