Abstract:
(EN) The present invention discloses a sensor device comprising a probe carrying a three-dimensional magnetic field sensor. The probe has a conical tip portion with an edge being configured as the three-dimensional magnetic field sensor. The sensor at the edge of the tip comprises at least three Josephson junctions, each junction being formed by a superconducting layer and separated by a barrier. The barrier comprises a non- superconducting layer or a geometrical constriction. The conical tip portion of the probe forms a tapered three-dimensional structure having at least one arc-like part crossing the opening of the tip portion such that the apex has a closed-loop basis and a plurality of complimentary spaced-apart facets defined by the at least one arc, thereby enabling measurement of both in-plane and out-of-plane magnetic fields separately.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un dispositif capteur qui comporte une sonde portant un capteur de champ magnétique tridimensionnel. La sonde présente une partie en pointe conique ayant une arête qui constitue le capteur de champ magnétique tridimensionnel. Le capteur, au niveau de l'arête de la pointe, comporte au moins trois jonctions de Josephson, chaque jonction étant formée d'une couche supraconductrice et séparée par une barrière. La barrière comporte une couche non-supraconductrice ou une constriction géométrique. La partie en pointe conique de la sonde forme une structure tridimensionnelle effilée ayant au moins une partie en forme d'arc qui croise l'ouverture de la partie en pointe, de telle sorte que le sommet présente une base en boucle fermée et une pluralité de facettes espacées, complémentaires et définies par le ou les arcs, permettant ainsi d'effectuer séparément une mesure de champs magnétiques aussi bien dans le plan qu'en dehors du plan.
