(EN)The present invention relates to a parenteral drug delivery vehicle and a drug delivery system using a temperature-sensitive gel which are based only on methylcellulose, which is a low-molecular-weight polysaccharide, without a salting-out salt. The drug delivery system of the present invention is effective in the preparation of an extended release parenteral drug delivery vehicle composition since it is possible to increase biocompatibility and biodegradability by using only methylcellulose, which is a low-molecular-weight natural polymer.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un véhicule d'administration de médicament parentéral et un système d'administration de médicament au moyen d'un gel sensible à la température qui ne sont basés que sur la méthylcellulose, qui est un polysaccharide de faible poids moléculaire, sans sel de relargage. Le système d'administration de médicament de la présente invention sert à la préparation d'une composition véhicule d'administration de médicament parentéral à libération prolongée puisqu'il est possible d'augmenter la biocompatibilité et la biodégradabilité au moyen uniquement d'une méthylcellulose, qui est un polymère naturel de faible poids moléculaire.
(KO)본 발명은 염석염 없이 저분자 다당류인 메틸셀룰로오스만을 기반으로 하는 온도감응성 겔을 이용한 비경구 약물 전달체 및 약물 전달 시스템에 관한 발명으로서, 본 발명에 의한 약물전달 시스템은 저분자량의 천연고분자 메틸셀룰로오스만을 이용함으로써 생체적합성 및 생분해성을 높일 수 있으므로 효과적인 서방형 비경구 약물전달체 조성물의 제조에 유용하다.
