(EN)The present invention relates to a fluorescent probe for sensing tyrosine kinase using a compound including an ortho-hydroxy-benzaldehyde structure and a use thereof, and more particularly, to a fluorescent probe containing the compound or an analogue thereof for sensing tyrosine kinase and a use using the same. The fluorescent probe of the present invention is a small-molecule probe which is conveniently synthesizable, allows two-photon excitation, is safe, and has low cytotoxicity in the living body. The fluorescent probe of the present invention is combined with tyrosine kinase to exhibit a fluorescent change and thus can perform the imaging of cells or tissues overexpressing tyrosine kinase, thereby being useful in a composition for tissue imaging and an imaging method. Further, the fluorescent probe of the present invention is combined with cancer cells or tissues overexpressing tyrosine kinase to exhibit fluorescence, thereby being useful in imaging cancer cells or tissues.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une sonde fluorescente de détection de tyrosine kinase utilisant un composé qui comprend une structure ortho-hydroxybenzaldéhyde et une utilisation de celle-ci, et plus particulièrement une sonde fluorescente contenant le composé ou un analogue de celui-ci pour la détection de tyrosine kinase et une utilisation de celle-ci. La sonde fluorescente de la présente invention est une sonde à petite molécule qui est facile à synthétiser, permet une excitation à deux photons, est sans danger et présente une faible cytotoxicité dans le corps vivant. La sonde fluorescente de la présente invention présente un changement de fluorescence lorsqu'elle est combinée avec la tyrosine kinase, et permet par conséquent de réaliser l'imagerie de cellules ou de tissus surexprimant la tyrosine kinase, et est donc utile dans une composition pour l'imagerie de tissus et pour un procédé d'imagerie. Par ailleurs, la sonde fluorescente de la présente invention présente une fluorescence lorsqu'elle est combinée avec des cellules cancéreuses ou des tissus surexprimant la tyrosine kinase, et est donc utile pour l'imagerie de cellules ou de tissus cancéreux.
(KO)본 발명은 오쏘(ortho)-히드록시(hydroxy)-벤즈알데하이드(benzaldehyde) 구조를 포함하는 화합물을 이용한 타이로신 인산화효소(tyrosin kinase) 감지를 위한 형광 프로브 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 상기 화합물 또는 이의 유사체를 포함하는 타이로신 인산화효소 감지를 위한 형광 프로브, 및 이를 이용한 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 형광 프로브는 간편하게 합성할 수 있고, 이광자 여기가 가능하며, 생체 내에서 안정성 및 낮은 세포 독성을 갖는 작은 분자(small molecule) 프로브로서, 타이로신 인산화효소와 결합하여 형광 변화를 나타낼 수 있어, 타이로신 인산화효소를 과발현하는 세포 또는 조직을 영상화할 수 있으므로, 이러한 조직의 영상화용 조성물 및 영상화 방법에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 타이로신 인산화효소를 과발현하는 암 세포 또는 조직에 결합하여 형광을 나타낼 수 있어, 암 세포 또는 조직의 영상화에도 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
