(EN)The present invention relates to an apparatus including membrane based multiple tubes for analyzing an organic substance, including: (a) a first tube consisting of (i) an injection part for injecting an analysis solution, (ii) a reception part for holding the injected analysis solution for a given time, (iii) a porous membrane formed on the bottom thereof with a fixed detection probe for uniting with a target substance or a union probe having united with a target substance, and (iv) a discharge part including a single hole or multiple holes for discharging the analysis solution through the porous membrane; and a second tube consisting of (i) an injection part for injecting an analysis solution, (ii) a reception part containing a union probe to unite with a target substance for holding the injected analysis solution for a given time, (iii) a porous membrane formed on the bottom thereof for passing the analysis solution, and (iv) a discharge part including a single hole or multiple holes for discharging the analysis solution through the porous membrane, characterized in that the reception part of the first tube is detachably attached to the discharge part of the second tube. Using the organic substance analysis apparatus including a membrane based dual tube according to the present invention, various combinations of the multiple tubes enable the preprocessing of a specimen and the subsequent reaction processes to be set in advance so as to analyze a substance in one-step process, and analysis of various target substances to be made by means of a single experiment, and simplify the conventional substance analysis method requiring a number of cleaning processes and solution exchange processes, enhancing sensitivity and particularity.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un appareil comprenant plusieurs tubes à membrane permettant d'analyser une substance organique, comprenant : (a) un premier tube consistant en (i) une partie injection permettant d'injecter une solution d'analyse, (ii) une partie réception permettant de tenir la solution d'analyse injectée pendant une durée donnée, (iii) une membrane poreuse formée sur le fond associé, une sonde de détection fixe s'unissant à une substance cible ou une sonde d'union s'étant unie à une substance cible, et (iv) une partie décharge comprenant un orifice unique ou plusieurs orifices permettant de décharger la solution d'analyse à travers la membrane poreuse; et un second tube consistant en (i) une partie injection permettant d'injecter une solution d'analyse, (ii) une partie réception contenant une sonde d'union pour s'unir à une substance cible pour tenir la solution d'analyse injectée pendant une durée donnée, (iii) une membrane poreuse formée sur le fond associé pour le passage de la solution d'analyse, et (iv) une partie décharge comprenant un orifice unique ou plusieurs orifices pour décharger la solution d'analyse à travers la membrane poreuse, caractérisé en ce que la partie réception du premier tube est fixée de manière amovible à la partie décharge du second tube.
