(FR)L'invention a pour objet un procédé permettant de provoquer intensément une énucléation sur une courte durée et un procédé permettant d'améliorer le taux de survie d'érythrocytes énucléés. Le procédé selon la présente invention comprend l'incubation d'érythroblastes dans des conditions de faible teneur en oxygène et présente de cette manière un effet consistant avancer le moment du début de l'énucléation, un effet consistant à enlever les noyaux, un effet consistant à favoriser la provocation de l'énucléation et un effet consistant à améliorer le taux de survie d'érythrocytes énucléés.
