(EN)The present invention refers to the field of luminescent semiconductor nanocrystals (quantum dots). In particular, the present invention relates to quantum dots (QD) functionalized with ligands bearing a dithiolane group and an acid group salified with countercations, said QDs being able to solubilize in water and other polar solvents. The invention also relates to a method for the manufacturing of said quantum dots and to their possible uses and applications in biological, medical and other technical fields.
(FR)La présente invention concerne le domaine des nanocristaux semi-conducteurs luminescents (points quantiques). En particulier, la présente invention concerne des points quantiques (QD) fonctionnalisés en utilisant des ligands qui portent un groupe dithiolane et un groupe acide salinisé en utilisant des contre-cations, lesdits QD pouvant se solubiliser dans l'eau et d'autres solvants polaires. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé pour la fabrication desdits points quantiques et leurs utilisations et applications éventuelles dans le domaine biologique, dans le domaine médical, et dans d'autres domaines techniques.
