(EN)The production method for ginseng berry extract according to the present invention has the advantage not only of allowing non-destructive concentration of ginsenoside Re, which is a main constituent of the ginseng berry, even without the addition of heat but also of making pulverisation possible and producing an extract of intensified ginsenoside Re content from ginseng berries in a straightforward and economic fashion.
(FR)Le procédé de production d'extrait de baies de ginseng selon la présente invention présente l'avantage non seulement d'obtenir une concentration non destructive de ginsenoside Re, qui est un constituant principal de la baie de ginseng, même sans addition de chaleur, mais également de permettre de pulvériser et de fabriquer un extrait de ginseng à teneur renforcée en ginsénosides Re de manière simple et économique.
