Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a filtering apparatus which enables a user to simply and conveniently replace and maintain a filter medium without disassembling a filter tank. To this end, a filtering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a filter tank through which raw water flows in and treated water, from which foreign substances are filtered, is discharged; a porous pipe installed in the filtering tank and having a plurality of holes on the sidewall thereof through which a fluid passes; a filter medium consisting of a plurality of bundles and adjusting a size of a gap as the filter medium is wound on or released from the outside surface of the porous pipe; a rotating plate rotatably arranged on the upper side of the porous pipe, in which the top end of the filter medium is fixed along the edges thereof; a fixing plate fixedly arranged in the lower side of the porous pipe, in which the lower end of the filter medium is fixed along the edges thereof; and a driver for supplying power for rotating the rotating plate.

La présente invention vise à fournir un appareil de filtration qui permet à un utilisateur de remplacer et de maintenir d'une manière simple et commode un milieu filtrant sans démontage d'une cuve de filtre. A cette fin, un appareil de filtration selon une forme de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une cuve de filtre, à travers laquelle pénètre l'eau brute et dans laquelle est évacuée l'eau traitée dont des substances étrangères ont été éliminées par filtration ; un tuyau poreux installé dans la cuve de filtration et ayant une pluralité de trous dans sa paroi latérale, par lesquels un fluide passe ; un milieu filtrant consistant en une pluralité de faisceaux et ajustant une taille d'un espacement au fur et à mesure que le milieu filtrant s'enroule sur la surface extérieure du tuyau poreux ou s'en dégage ; une plaque tournante, montée en rotation sur le côté supérieur du tuyau poreux, dans laquelle l'extrémité supérieure du milieu filtrant est fixée le long de ses bords ; une plaque de fixation disposée à demeure dans le côté inférieur du tuyau poreux, dans laquelle l'extrémité inférieure du milieu filtrant est fixée le long de ses bords ; et un circuit de commande pour fournir l'énergie nécessaire à la rotation de la plaque tournante.

본 발명은 여과조를 분해하지 않더라도 여재의 교체 및 유지보수를 간편하게 수행할 수 있는 여과 장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 여과 장치는, 원수가 유입되고 이물질이 여과된 처리수가 배출되는 여과조; 상기 여과조의 내부에 장착되고, 유체가 통과하는 측벽에는 다수의 구멍이 형성된 다공관; 상기 다공관의 외측면에 감겨지거나 풀어짐에 따라 공극의 크기가 조절되며 다수의 다발로 구성된 여재; 상기 다공관의 상측에 회전 가능하게 배치되고, 상기 여재의 상단이 가장자리부를 따라 고정되는 회전판; 상기 다공관의 하측에 고정 배치되고, 상기 여재의 하단이 가장자리부를 따라 고정되는 고정판; 및 상기 회전판의 회전을 위한 동력을 제공하는 구동부를 포함하여 구성된다.
