Provided is a runner block having a uniform discharge rate of molten lead, the runner block having horizontal inner and outer conduits in the interior thereof for supplying molten lead, supplied by means of a molten lead inflow conduit, to a molten lead flow channel, and having a plurality of molten lead discharge holes, in communication vertically, on the inner and outer conduits, wherein the diameters of the molten lead discharge holes on the inner and outer conduits get increasingly smaller moving from the front end to the rear end thereof. As to the effects of the present invention, the molten lead from all molten lead discharge holes is discharged at a uniform rate, thus allowing a set level of molten lead to be maintained in the molten lead flow channel of the runner block when molten lead flow channel thereof is being filled with molten lead, thereby leading to the filling and cooling rates of the molten lead in the mold well to be uniform and to the reduction in the variance of the crystalline structure of each strap, and thus the marketability of the battery product can be enhanced with the present very useful invention.

La présente invention concerne un bloc de goulotte possédant un débit de décharge uniforme de plomb fondu, le bloc de goulotte possédant des conduites internes et externes horizontales en son sein pour fournir le plomb fondu, fourni au moyen d'une conduite d'admission de plomb fondu, vers un canal d'écoulement de plomb fondu, et possédant une pluralité d'orifices de décharge de plomb fondu, en communication verticale, sur les conduites internes et externes, les diamètres des orifices de décharge de plomb fondu sur les conduites internes et externes rétrécissant progressivement depuis l'extrémité avant vers l'extrémité arrière associée. Selon la présente invention, le plomb fondu provenant de tous les orifices de décharge de plomb fondu est déchargé à un débit uniforme, ce qui permet qu'un niveau défini de plomb fondu soit maintenu dans le canal d'écoulement de plomb fondu du bloc de goulotte lorsque le canal d'écoulement de plomb fondu associé est en cours de remplissage par le plomb fondu, ce qui amène les vitesses de remplissage et de refroidissement du plomb fondu dans le moule à être uniformes et ce qui provoque la réduction de la variance de la structure cristalline de chaque bande, et donc l'aptitude à la commercialisation du produit en batterie peut être améliorée avec la présente invention très utile.

본 발명은 납물유입관로를 통해 공급된 납물을 납물유동채널로 공급하기 위한 내측관로 및 외측관로가 런너블럭 내부에 수평으로 형성되고, 상기 내측관로 및 외측관로에는 다수개의 납물배출공이 수직으로 연통되는 런너블럭에 있어서, 상기 내측관로 및 외측관로에 형성되는 납물배출공들의 직경 크기는 내측관로와 외측관로 선단에서 종단으로 갈수록 점차 작아지도록 형성되는 납물의 배출량이 균일한 런너블럭을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 런너블럭의 납물유동채널에 납물이 채워짐에 있어 모든 납물배출공으로 부터 납물이 균등한 양으로 배출되도록 함으로써 납물유동채널에 일정 수위(水位)를 유지할 수 있도록 하고, 이는 곧 몰드공동에 채워지는 납물의 충전속도와 냉각속도를 균일하게 함으로써 각 스트랩의 결정조직의 차이를 줄여 배터리 제품의 상품성을 향상시킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
