An inner diameter chucking unit for an automatic lathe, according to the present invention, is provided to the inside of a rotating body of an auxiliary head stock of an automatic lathe so as to chuck the inner diameter of a structure, and the chucking unit comprises: a sleeve which is provided to the inside of the rotating body rotating by the motor of the auxiliary head stock of the automatic lathe so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction, rotates with the rotating body, and has an inclined surface on the front end portion thereof; a collet chuck which is provided to the front end of the rotating body so as to protrude therefrom while surrounding the front end of the sleeve, has an inclined surface on the inside surface thereof, and chucks the inner diameter of the structure according to the movement of the sleeve; and an elastic member provided between the sleeve and the collet chuck so as to move the sleeve backwards, wherein a hollow part is provided to the inside of the sleeve such that a pipe is inserted from the rear end portion of the hollow part of the sleeve and air pressure or oil pressure supplied through the pipe is sprayed to the front end of the collet chuck through the hollow part of the sleeve so as to allow the structure to deviate away from the collet chuck.

La présente invention concerne une unité de mandrin de diamètre intérieur pour un tour automatique, qui est disposé à l'intérieur d'un corps tournant d'une poupée fixe auxiliaire d'un tour automatique de sorte à monter en mandrin le diamètre intérieur d'une structure, et l'unité de mandrin comprend : un manchon qui est disposé à l'intérieur du corps tournant mis en rotation par le moteur de la poupée fixe auxiliaire du tour automatique de manière à pouvoir se déplacer dans la direction longitudinale, tourne avec le corps tournant, et présente une surface inclinée sur sa partie d'extrémité avant; un mandrin à pince qui est disposé à l'extrémité avant du corps tournant de manière à faire saillie de celle-ci tout en entourant l'extrémité avant du manchon, présente une surface inclinée sur sa surface intérieure, et monte en mandrin le diamètre intérieur de la structure en fonction du mouvement du manchon; et un élément élastique disposé entre le manchon et le mandrin à pince de manière à déplacer le manchon vers l'arrière, une partie creuse étant disposée à l'intérieur du manchon de sorte qu'une conduite soit insérée à partir de la partie d'extrémité arrière de la partie creuse du manchon et de la pression d'air ou de la pression d'huile alimentée par la conduite est pulvérisée à l'extrémité avant du mandrin à pince à travers la partie creuse du manchon de manière à permettre à la structure de dévier du mandrin à pince.

본 발명에 의한 자동선반용 내경척킹유니트는 자동선반의 보조주축대의 회전체 내부에 설치되어 공작물의 내경을 척킹하는 것으로 이루어지는 자동선반용 내경척킹유니트에 있어서, 자동선반의 보조주축대의 모터에 의해 회전되는 회전체의 내부에 길이 방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치됨과 아울러 회전체와 함께 회전되고 선단부에 경사면을 구비하는 슬리브, 상기 슬리브의 선단부를 감싸면서 상기 회전체의 선단부에 돌출 설치되어 내부면에 경사면을 구비하여 슬리브의 이동에 따라 공작물의 내경을 척킹하는 콜릿척, 그리고 상기 슬리브와 콜릿척 사이에 설치되어 상기 슬리브를 후진시키는 탄성부재로 이루어지며, 또한 상기 슬리브의 내부에 중공부가 형성되고, 파이프가 상기 슬리브의 중공부의 후단부로부터 삽입되어 파이프를 통하여 공급되는 공기압 또는 유압이 상기 슬리브의 중공부를 통하여 콜릿척의 선단부로 분사되어 콜릿척으로부터 공작물을 이탈시키는 것을 포함하여 이루어진다.
