In an energy management system (1), a controller (100) acquires an environmental parameter which represents an indoor environment. The controller (100) accepts a remote control request from an outdoor terminal device (40A) with respect to an air conditioner system (104) or other device installed indoors. Upon accepting the request, the controller (100) transmits query data, which includes the acquired environmental parameter and a query as to whether to control the device as per the request, to the terminal device (40A) . On the basis of a response to the query from the terminal device (40A), the controller (100) controls the device.

Selon la présente invention, dans un système de gestion d'énergie (1), un dispositif de commande (100) acquiert un paramètre environnemental qui représente un environnement intérieur. Le dispositif de commande (100) accepte une requête de commande à distance d'un dispositif terminal extérieur (40A) par rapport à un système de conditionneur d'air (104) ou un autre dispositif installé à l'intérieur. Lors de l'acceptation de la requête, le dispositif de commande (100) transmet au dispositif terminal (40A) des données de requête qui comportent le paramètre environnement acquis et une requête pour savoir s'il faut commander le dispositif selon la requête. Sur la base d'une réponse à la requête provenant du dispositif terminal (40A), le dispositif de commande (100) commande le dispositif.

 エネルギーマネジメントシステム(1)において、コントローラ(100)は、宅内の環境を表す環境パラメータを取得する。コントローラ(100)は、宅外の端末装置(40A)から、宅内に設置されている空調システム(104)等の機器に対する遠隔操作の要求を受け付ける。コントローラ(100)は、要求が受け付けられると、取得した環境パラメータと、要求通りに機器を制御するか否かの問い合わせと、を含む問合データを、端末装置(40A)に送信する。コントローラ(100)は、問い合わせに対する端末装置(40A)からの応答に基づいて、機器を制御する。
