In the present invention, a plurality of protrusions are formed at a metal plate by means of a plurality of steps using molds (23, 24) provided with a die and punch (26, 29). The array pitch (ρ2) of the protrusion (291) and indentation (292) for molding the protrusions in the die and punch (29) used in a subsequent step is narrower than the array pitch (ρ1) of the protrusion (261) and indentation (262) for molding the protrusions in the die and punch (26) used in a preceding step.

Selon la présente invention, une pluralité de saillies sont formées sur une plaque métallique au moyen d'une pluralité d'étapes à l'aide de moules (23, 24) comportant une matrice et un poinçon (26, 29). Le pas longitudinal (ρ2) de la saillie (291) et de l'indentation (292) pour mouler les saillies dans la matrice et le poinçon (29) utilisés au cours d'une étape ultérieure est plus faible que le pas longitudinal (ρ1) de la saillie (261) et de l'indentation (262) pour mouler les saillies dans la matrice et le poinçon (29) utilisés au cours d'une précédente étape.
