This γ-aminobutyric acid enrichment apparatus is equipped with a tank for storing grains, an air-supply tunnel, and an air-exhaust tunnel. In the tank, multiple air-supply pipes into which warmed and humidified air or dry air is blown from the air-supply tunnel and multiple air-exhaust pipes through which the warmed and humidified air or dry air is exhausted to the air-exhaust tunnel are horizontally installed. Further, the first lids are provided at the outlet-side ends of the air-exhaust pipes, the outlet-side ends being portions through which the warmed and humidified air or dry air is exhausted.

L'invention porte sur un appareil d'enrichissement en acide γ-aminobutyrique, lequel appareil comporte un réservoir pour stocker des grains, un tunnel d'alimentation en air et un tunnel d'évacuation d'air. Dans le réservoir, de multiples tuyaux d'alimentation en air dans lesquels de l'air chauffé et humidifié ou de l'air sec est soufflé à partir du tunnel d'alimentation en air et de multiples tuyaux d'évacuation d'air à travers lesquels l'air chauffé et humidifié ou l'air sec est évacué vers le tunnel d'évacuation d'air sont installés horizontalement. De plus, les premiers couvercles sont disposés aux extrémités côté sortie des tuyaux d'évacuation d'air, les extrémités côté sortie étant des parties à travers lesquelles l'air chauffé et humidifié ou l'air sec est évacué.

 γ-アミノ酪酸富化装置は、穀粒を貯留するタンク、送風洞、排風洞を備える。前記タンク内には、前記送風洞から加温加湿空気又は乾燥空気が送風される複数の送風管と、前記排風洞へ加温加湿空気又は乾燥空気を排風する複数の排風管が横設され、前記排風管の前記加温加湿空気又は乾燥空気を排風する出口側端部に、第一の蓋体が設けられる。
