(EN)
[Problem] To provide a building having air conditioning equipment using geothermal heat that can suitably switch between supplying the building body with air that has undergone heat exchange with the ground or supplying the building body with outside air. [Solution] A building (1) is provided with air conditioning equipment using geothermal heat. The building includes a building body (2), a geothermal heat recovery device (3), and an air supply device (4). The geothermal heat recovery device (3) includes piping (10) having an inlet (11) and an outlet (12). A part of the piping (10) includes a heat exchanger (16) buried in the ground. The air supply device (4) includes a casing (20) installed on the outside of the building body (2). A supply means (19) that can switch between supplying the building body (2) with outdoor air or supplying the building body (2) with air that has undergone heat exchange by means of the geothermal heat recovery device (3) is provided in the casing (20).

L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un bâtiment doté d'un équipement de climatisation utilisant la chaleur géothermique qui permet de passer de façon appropriée entre une alimentation du corps de bâtiment en air qui a subi un échange de chaleur avec le sol et une alimentation du corps de bâtiment en air extérieur. La solution selon l'invention concerne un bâtiment (1) qui est doté d'un équipement de climatisation utilisant la chaleur géothermique. Le bâtiment comprend un corps de bâtiment (2), un dispositif de récupération de chaleur géothermique (3) et un dispositif d'alimentation en air (4). Le dispositif de récupération de chaleur géothermique (3) comprend une canalisation (10) ayant un orifice d'entrée (11) et un orifice de sortie (12). Une partie de la canalisation (10) comprend un échangeur de chaleur (16) enterré dans le sol. Le dispositif d'alimentation en air (4) comprend un boîtier (20) installé à l'extérieur du corps du bâtiment (2). Un moyen d'alimentation (19) qui peut passer entre une alimentation du corps du bâtiment (2) en air extérieur et une alimentation du corps du bâtiment (2) en air qui a subi un échange de chaleur au moyen du dispositif de récupération de chaleur géothermique (3) est prévu dans le boîtier (20).
