The invention refers to Wing-Wheels (for gases) or Paddle-Wheels (for liquids), which comprise two or more Frames (Wings/Paddles) mounted on a main shaft, that have one or more blades (airfoils/hydrofoils) mounted on their own axles fixed parallel to the shaft, which blades are free to turn by a small angle between two stops, utilizing the apparent flow each experiences every moment, to absorb kinetic energy from the fluid by exploiting continuously both fluid dynamics force components Drag AND Lift. Existing technologies have low efficiencies because they utilize limited amounts of only one of the two components Drag OR Lift, while the other acts in opposition and this unexploited kinetic energy is dissipated through "bad" thrust on the turbines and create turbulences (wake effects) to the fluid-flow that result to more problems. Actual Wing-Wheel-Turbines WWT-Wind generators or Paddle-Wheel-Turbines PWT- Hydro generators are based on modular multi-section design and comprise one or more Modules (M1-2-3....) on the same modular shaft-A comprising respective individual sections (A1 -2-3...)

L'invention concerne les roues à ailettes (pour les gaz) ou les roues à palettes (pour les liquides), qui comprennent au moins deux châssis (Ailettes/Palettes) montés sur un arbre principal, qui ont une ou plusieurs pales (profils aérodynamiques/profils hydrodynamiques) montées sur leur propre axe fixé parallèlement à l'arbre, lesquelles pales étant libres de tourner d'un petit angle entre deux butées, utilisant l'écoulement apparent qu'elle subisse chacune à chaque instant, pour absorber l'énergie cinétique du fluide par exploitation continue à la fois des composantes de force de la dynamique de fluide, la trainée ET la portance. Les technologies existantes ont des rendements faibles en raison du fait qu'ils utilisent des quantités limitées de seulement l'une des composantes, la trainée OU la portance, tandis que l'autre agit en opposition, et cette énergie cinétique inexploitée est dissipée par une "mauvaise" poussée sur les turbines et crée des turbulences (effets de sillage) dans l'écoulement de fluide, ce qui conduit à davantage de problèmes. Les génératrices éoliennes à turbines à roues à ailettes (WWT) ou les génératrices hydroliennes à turbines à roues à palettes (PWT) actuelles sont basées sur des conceptions modulaires à sections multiples et comprennent un ou plusieurs modules (M1-2-3...) sur le même arbre module A comprenant des sections individuelles (A1-2-3...)
