The present invention relates to a machine for molding an external-wall heat insulation dual-purpose plate core. The machine comprises a frame provided with a mold. The mold comprises a movable mold installed on a movable mold plate, and a static mold installed on a static mold plate. Two sides of the mold are provided respectively with multiple telescopic rotary pipe cores used for being inserted into a mold cavity formed by mold clamping to form inner through-holes in a processed heat insulation plate core and then being drawn out, and with multiple telescopic dovetail core stripes drawn out after forming dovetail grooves on the surface of the processed heat insulation plate core. By providing the two sides of the mold respectively with multiple telescopic rotary pipe cores used for being inserted into a mold cavity formed by mold clamping to form inner through-holes in a processed heat insulation plate core and then being drawn out, and with multiple telescopic dovetail core stripes drawn out after forming dovetail grooves on the surface of the processed heat insulation plate core, it is achieved to efficiently produce the heat insulation plate having dovetail grooves on the processing surface and having inner through-holes in the cores, with the structure being simple, and the cost being low.

La présente invention porte sur une machine pour mouler l'âme d'un panneau à double fonction pour l'isolation thermique d'un mur extérieur. La machine comprend un cadre pourvu d'un moule. Le moule comprend un moule mobile, installé sur une plaque de moule mobile, et un moule fixe, installé sur une plaque de moule fixe. Deux côtés du moule sont pourvus respectivement de cœurs de tuyaux rotatifs télescopiques multiples, utilisés pour insertion dans une cavité du moule formée par un verrouillage du moule pour former des trous traversants intérieurs dans une âme de panneau pour isolation thermique traitée, puis extraction, et comportant plusieurs bandes de cœur en queue d'aronde télescopiques, extraites après formation de rainures en queue d'aronde sur la surface de l'âme de panneau pour isolation thermique traitée. Du fait que les deux côtés du moule sont respectivement pourvus de cœurs de tuyaux rotatifs télescopiques multiples, utilisés pour insertion dans une cavité du moule formée par un verrouillage du moule pour former des trous traversants intérieurs dans une âme de panneau pour isolation thermique traitée, puis sont extraits, et plusieurs bandes de cœur en queue d'aronde télescopiques étant extraites après formation de rainures en queue d'aronde sur la surface de l'âme de panneau pour isolation thermique traitée, on en arrive à produire efficacement le panneau d'isolation thermique ayant des rainures en queue d'aronde sur la surface de traitement et ayant des trous traversants intérieurs dans les cœurs, la structure étant simple et le coût étant bas.

本发明涉及一种外墙保温两用板芯成型机,包括机架,所述机架上设有模具,所述模具包括安装在动模板上的动模具、安装在静模板上的静模具;所述模具两侧分别设有所述用于插入所述模具合模形成的模腔内用于在加工的保温板芯内形成内通孔后抽出的多根可伸缩旋转管芯以及在加工的保温板芯表面形成有燕尾槽后抽出的多根可伸缩燕尾型芯条。本发明通过模具两侧分别设有所述用于插入所述模具合模形成的模腔内用于在加工的保温板芯内形成内通孔后抽出的多根可伸缩旋转管芯以及在加工的保温板芯表面形成有燕尾槽后抽出的多根可伸缩燕尾型芯条,从而实现了高效生产加工表面具有燕尾槽以及芯体内具有内通孔保温板,且结构简单,成本低。
