A method for transfecting protein or compound using a self-assembled cell chip and the use of the self-assembled cell chip in transfecting protein or compound. The self-assembled cell chip comprises a substrate having an area for fixing protein or compound thereon, and the other area on the substrate except the area for fixing protein or compound, is covered by poly-N-isopropylacrylamide membrane for inhibiting cell growth.

L'invention concerne un procédé de transfection de protéine ou de composé mettant en oeuvre une puce à cellules auto-assemblée, ainsi que l'utilisation de ladite puce dans la transfection de protéine ou de composé. La puce à cellules auto-assemblée comprend un substrat comportant une zone de fixation de protéine ou de composé, la zone restante du substrat étant recouverte par une membrane poly-N-isopropylacrylamide destinée à inhiber la croissance cellulaire.
