Abstract

A method and radio node(600) for radio communication of data with a User Equipment, UE, (602) wherein a first carrier type A is applicable for serving both legacy UEs and new UEs and a second carrier type B is applicable only for serving new UEs, and wherein the UE (602) is configured to support both the first and second carrier types A,B. The radio node (600) applies the first carrier type A for downlink signals on a first frequency (F1), and switches between the second and first carrier types B,A for downlink signals on a second frequency (F2) in order to allow the legacy UEs to measure and/or be served on the second frequency (F2). The radio node (600) further transmits to the UE (602) an indicator (604) in a downlink assignment for data on a data channel,the indicator (604) indicating to the UE (602) whether Cell-specific Reference Signal,CRS, resource elements are used for transmitting the data to the UE. Thereby the UE (602) is enabled to determine a mapping for the data channel depending on the indicator (604).

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un nœud radio (600) permettant une communication radio de données avec un équipement utilisateur UE (602). Un premier type de porteuses A est applicable pour desservir les anciens et les nouveaux UE. Un second type de porteuses B n'est applicable que pour desservir les nouveaux UE. L'UE (602) est conçu pour prendre en charge les premier et second types de porteuses A, B. Le nœud radio (600) applique le premier type de porteuses A à des signaux en liaison descendante sur une première fréquence (F1) et commute entre les second et premier types de porteuses B, A des signaux en liaison descendante sur une seconde fréquence (F2) afin de permettre aux anciens UE de mesurer et/ou d'être desservis sur la seconde fréquence (F2). De plus, le nœud radio (600) transmet à l'UE (602) un indicateur (604) lors d'une attribution en liaison descendante de données sur un canal de données, l'indicateur (604) indiquant à l'UE (602) si des éléments de ressources d'un signal de référence spécifique à une cellule, CRS, sont utilisés pour transmettre les données à l'UE. L'UE (602) est par conséquent autorisé à déterminer un mappage du canal de données en fonction de l'indicateur (604).
