Abstract

The invention relates to the field of metallurgy and, in particular, to the thermal processing of rails, including railroad rails. The proposed invention for thermally processing rails allows for simultaneously solving the problem of coupling a pipeline and a collector when the coupled surfaces thereof differ in form and achieving a gradual change in speed of a flow of coolant medium at the entrance to the collector, and also allows for dividing the flow of coolant medium inside the collector. Together, these features allow for equally distributing a flow of coolant medium in a collector and for achieving the required (specified) equal distribution of coolant medium on the surface of a rail.

L'invention concerne le domaine de la métallurgie et notamment le traitement thermique de rails de chemin de fer, y.c. de rails de chemins de fer. Le dispositif de traitement thermique de rails de l'invention permet de résoudre à la fois le problème de raccordement des surfaces à raccorder de forme différente des tuyaux et du collecteur et celui de variation sans à-coups du débit du flux de fluide de refroidissement à l'entrée du collecteur, et permet également de diviser le flux de fluide de refroidissement à l'intérieur du collecteur. Dans leurs ensemble, ces propriétés permettent un refroidissement plus régulier du flux de fluide de refroidissement dans le collecteur et assurent une répartition voulue (prédéterminée) homogène du fluide de refroidissement à la surface du rail.

Изобретение относится к области металлургии, в частности к термической обработки рельсов, в т.ч. железнодорожных рельсов. Предложенное устройство для термообработки рельсов позволяет одновременно решить проблему сопряжения отличающихся по форме сопрягаемых поверхностей трубопровода и коллектора и плавного изменения скорости потока охлаждающей среды на входе в коллектор, а также позволяет рассекать поток охлаждающей среды внутри коллектора. В совокупности эти признаки способствуют равномерному распределению потока охлаждающей среды в коллекторе и получению требуемого (заданного) равномерного распределения охлаждающей среды на поверхности рельса.
