The present invention relates to a continuous production method for an insulator, which is economical, prevents damage to a product through continuous production, and can have a covering material with excellent material properties by having a low density and eliminating the use of a binder, wherein the covering material is produced by: the first step of producing cladding metal by mixing insulating materials; the second step of supplying a lower covering material; the third step of supplying the cladding metal to the upper part of the lower covering material; the fourth step of supplying an upper covering material; the fifth step of sealing the lower covering material and the upper covering material including the cladding metal; and the sixth step of performing compression and molding.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production en continu pour un isolant, qui est économique, qui évite toute détérioration d'un produit par une production en continu, et qui peut avoir un matériau de revêtement ayant d'excellentes propriétés matérielles du fait qu'il a une faible densité et qu'il élimine l'utilisation d'un liant, dans lequel le matériau de revêtement est produit par : la première étape consistant à produire un métal à plaquer par le mélange de matériaux isolants ; la deuxième étape consistant à apporter un matériau de revêtement inférieur ; la troisième étape consistant à ajouter le métal à plaquer à la partie supérieure du matériau de revêtement inférieur ; la quatrième étape consistant à apporter un matériau de revêtement supérieur ; la cinquième étape consistant à sceller le matériau de revêtement inférieur et le matériau de revêtement supérieur y compris le métal à plaquer ; et la sixième étape consistant à effectuer une compression et un moulage.

본 발명은 외피재를 단열성 물질을 혼합하여 합재를 제조하는 1단계; 하부 외피재가 공급되는 2단계; 하부 외피재 상부로 합재를 공급하는 3단계; 상부 외피재가 공급되는 4단계; 합재를 포함하는 상부 외피재와 하부 외피재를 씰링하는 5단계; 압축 및 성형하는 6단계로 제조함으로써 연속식 생산에 의해 경제적이면서도 제품의 훼손을 방지하고, 낮은 밀도와 바인더 사용을 제거함으로써 물성이 우수한 외피재를 갖는 단열재 연속식 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
