An illuminating device is provided with an optical element and an irradiation device. The irradiation device has: a light source that emits coherent light; and an optical scanning device that sweeps the coherent light emitted by the light source on the surface of the optical element. The optical scanning device has: a light deflecting unit that reflects or refracts the coherent light that has been emitted by the light source and made incident; and an oscillation control unit that oscillates the light deflecting unit in directions that differ from the direction of incidence for the coherent light, which is made incident to the light deflecting unit, such that the direction of reflection or direction of refraction of the coherent light that is reflected or refracted by the light deflecting unit changes continuously or intermittently. The optical scanning device sweeps the coherent light reflected or refracted by the light deflecting unit on the optical element by oscillating the light deflecting unit by the oscillation control unit.

La présente invention porte sur un dispositif d'éclairage qui comporte un élément optique et un dispositif d'irradiation. Le dispositif d'irradiation a : une source lumineuse qui émet une lumière cohérente ; et un dispositif de balayage optique qui balaye la lumière cohérente émise par la source lumineuse sur la surface de l'élément optique.
