Abstract

Es werden beschrieben (a) ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polyurethanschaum durch Umsetzung einer oder mehrerer Polyolkomponenten mit einer oder mehrerer Isocyanatkomponenten, wobei als Additiv Wachs mit einem Erstarrungspunkt im Bereich von 40°C bis 90°C eingesetzt wird, (b) ein nach diesem Verfahren erhältlicher Polyurethanschaum, (c) die Verwendung von Wachsen mit einem Erstarrungspunkt im Bereich von 40°C bis 90°C als Additiv bei der Herstellung von Polyurethanschäumen zur Vergröberung der Schaumstruktur sowie (d) eine ein Wachs mit einem Erstarrungspunkt im Bereich von 40°C bis 90°C enthaltende Zusammensetzung zur Herstellung von Polyurethanschaum.

The following are described: (a) a process for producing polyurethane foam through reaction of one or more polyol components with one or more isocyanate components, where wax with a freezing point in the range from 40°C to 90°C is used as additive, (b) a polyurethane foam obtainable by this process, (c) the use of waxes with a freezing point in the range from 40°C to 90°C as additive in the production of polyurethane foams for coarsening the foam structure, and also (d) a composition which comprises a wax with a freezing point in the range from 40°C to 90°C and which is intended for producing polyurethane foam.

L'invention concerne (a) un procédé de fabrication de mousse de polyuréthane par mise en réaction d'un ou de plusieurs composés polyol avec un ou plusieurs composés isocyanate, de la cire à point de solidification se situant dans la plage de 40°C à 90°C étant utilisée comme additif, (b) une mousse de polyuréthane obtenue selon ce procédé, (c) l'utilisation de cires à point de solidification se situant dans la plage de 40°C à 90°C en tant qu'additifs lors de la fabrication de mousses de polyuréthane pour en rendre plus grossière la structure cellulaire, et (d) une composition contenant une cire à point de solidification se situant dans la plage de 40°C à 90°C pour la fabrication de mousse de polyuréthane.
