Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur kombinatorischen Partikelmanipulation zur Herstellung von hochdichten Molekülarrays sowie die daraus erhaltenen hochdichten Molekülarrays. Insbesondere betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von hochdichten Molekülarrays, insbesondere von Peptid- oder Oligonukleotidarrays, durch kombinatorische Strukturierung von Partikeln, wobei die Strukturierung durch selektive und direkte Einwirkung elektromagnetischer Strahlung erreicht wird.

The present invention relates to a method for combinatorial particle manipulation for producing high-density molecular arrays and to high-density molecular arrays which can be obtained therefrom. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for producing high-density molecular arrays, particularly peptide or oligonucleotide arrays, by combinatorial structuring of particles, wherein the structuring is achieved by the selective and direct action of electromagnetic radiation.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de manipulation combinatoire de particules en vue d'obtenir des réseaux moléculaires à haute densité, ainsi que les réseaux moléculaires à haute densité obtenus par ce procédé. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un procédé de production de réseaux moléculaires à haute densité, en particulier de réseaux peptidiques ou oligonucléotidiques, par structuration combinatoire de particules, ladite structuration étant produite par l'action sélective et directe d'un rayonnement électromagnétique.
