An inspection apparatus configured to inspect each wire of an object to be inspected in which a plurality of x-axis wires and a plurality of y-axis wires are arranged perpendicular to each other, each x-axis wire provided with an x-axis display wire and an x-axis tab wire, each y-axis wire provided with a y-axis display wire and a y-axis tab wire, the inspection apparatus provided with: a power supply device configured to supply an AC signal to the wire as an inspection object; a connecting device configured to be in conductive contact with the tab wire of the wire as the inspection object and to transmit the AC signal; a first detecting device disposed in a non-contact manner at one end of the display wire of the wire as the inspection object and conductively connected to one end of the power supply device; a second detecting device disposed in the non-contact manner and opposed to the display wire of the wire as the inspection object and conductively connected to the one end of the power supply device; and a determining device configured to determine quality of the wire as the inspection object on the basis of results of the first detecting device and the second detecting device.

L'invention concerne un appareil d'inspection configuré pour inspecter chaque fil d'un objet à inspecter dans lequel une pluralité de fils d'axe x et une pluralité de fils d'axe y sont disposés perpendiculairement les uns aux autres, chaque fil d'axe x étant muni d'un fil d'affichage d'axe x et d'un fil d'onglet d'axe x, chaque fil d'axe y étant muni d'un fil d'affichage d'axe y et d'un fil d'onglet d'axe y, l'appareil d'inspection étant équipé d'un dispositif d'alimentation électrique configuré pour fournir un signal en courant alternatif au fil faisant l'objet de l'inspection; d'un dispositif de connexion configuré pour être en contact de conduction avec le fil d'onglet du fil faisant l'objet de l'inspection et pour émettre le signal en courant alternatif; un premier dispositif de détection disposé sans contact à une extrémité du fil d'affichage du fil faisant l'objet de l'inspection et relié de façon conductrice à une extrémité du dispositif d'alimentation électrique; un deuxième dispositif de détection disposé sans contact et opposé au fil d'affichage du fil faisant l'objet de l'inspection et relié de façon conductrice à l'extrémité en question du dispositif d'alimentation électrique; et un dispositif de détermination configuré pour déterminer la qualité du fil faisant l'objet de l'inspection en se basant sur des résultats du premier dispositif de détection et du deuxième dispositif de détection.
