In the present invention, a determination unit (12) sets a first threshold (Vf1) that is compared to the measured value of charging current and a second threshold (Vf2) that is compared to the measured value of discharging current to different values. Also, the first threshold value (Vf1) with respect to charging current is set to a higher (greater) value than the second threshold value (Vf2) with respect to discharging current.

Dans la présente invention, une unité de détermination (12) fixe un premier seuil (Vf1) qui est comparé à la valeur mesurée du courant de charge et un deuxième seuil (Vf2) qui est comparé à la valeur mesurée du courant de décharge à différentes valeurs. De même, la première valeur de seuil (Vf1) relative au courant de charge est réglée à une valeur plus élevée (supérieure) que la deuxième valeur de seuil (Vf2) relative au courant de décharge.
