Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung ortho-acylierter aromatischer oder heteroaromatischer Carbonsäuren, bei dem man eine aromatische oder hetero-aromatische Carbonsäure oder ihr Anhydrid, die jeweils über eine CH-Gruppe in ortho-Position zur Carboxylatfunktion verfügt, in Gegenwart eines Rhodiumkatalysators und einen basischen Additivs mit einem Acylierungsreagenz umsetzt.

The invention relates to a method for producing ortho-acylated aromatic or heteroaromatic carboxylic acids. According to the method, an aromatic or hetero-aromatic carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof, each of which has a CH group at the ortho position for a carboxylate function, is reacted with an acylation reagent in the presence of a rhodium catalyst and a basic additive.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'acides carboxyliques aromatiques ou hétéroaromatiques ortho-acylés dans lequel on fait réagir un acide carboxylique aromatique ou hétéroaromatique ou son anhydride, possédant respectivement un groupe CH en position ortho par rapport à la fonction carboxylate, avec un réactif d'acylation en présence d'un catalyseur au rhodium et d'un additif basique.
