Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Haltervorrichtung (10) zum Befestigen, insbesondere zum Festklemmen, eines Flächenmoduls (20), insbesondere eines gerahmten Solarpaneels, an wenigstens einem Träger (30), insbesondere einer Profilschiene, mit einem Kopfabschnitt (12; 112), der eingerichtet ist, mit dem Flächenmodul (20) zusammenzuwirken, einem Fußabschnitt (16; 116), der eingerichtet ist, mit dem Träger (30) zusammenzuwirken, und einem Verbindungselement (19), das eingerichtet ist zum Verbinden des Kopfabschnitts (12; 112) mit dem Fußabschnitt (16; 116), wobei der Kopfabschnitt (12; 112) relativ zu dem Fußabschnitt (16; 116) entlang einer Hochachse (H) der Haltervorrichtung (10) mittels des Verbindungselements (19) verlagerbar ist, wobei der Kopfabschnitt (12; 112) relativ zu dem Fußabschnitt (16; 116) in wenigstens zwei um die Hochachse (H) zueinander verdrehten Winkelpositionen mit jeweils einem vorbestimmten Verdrehwinkel derart lagerbar ist, dass der Kopfabschnitt in wenigstens zwei der Winkelpositionen jeweils an wenigstens einem oder wenigsten zwei Flächenmodulen lagerbar ist, insbesondere mit einem oder mehreren Anlageabschnitten, die entsprechend den jeweiligen Winkelpositionen angeordnet sind. Hierdurch kann mittels eines einzigen Typs einer Haltervorrichtung eine Montage von Flächenmodulen auf einfache und flexible Weise erfolgen.

According to the invention, area modules can thus be easily and flexibly assembled by means of a single type of holder device.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de maintien (10) servant à fixer, en particulier à serrer, un module plan (20), en particulier un panneau solaire enchâssé, au niveau au moins d'un support (30), en particulier d'un rail profilé. Ledit dispositif de maintien (10) comprend une partie supérieure (12 ; 112), qui est mise au point pour coopérer avec le module plan (20), une partie inférieure (16 ; 116), qui est mise au point pour coopérer avec le support (30), et un élément de liaison (19) qui est mis au point pour relier la partie supérieure (12 ; 112) et la partie inférieure (16 ; 116). La partie supérieure (12 ; 112) peut être déplacée par rapport à la partie inférieure (16 ; 116) le long d'un axe vertical (H) du dispositif de maintien (10) au moyen de l'élément de liaison (19). La partie supérieure (12 ; 112) peut être montée par rapport à la partie inférieure (16 ; 116), dans au moins deux positions angulaires pivotées l'une par rapport à l'autre autour de l'axe vertical (H) selon respectivement un angle de pivotement prédéfini de telle manière que la partie supérieure peut être montée dans au moins deux des positions angulaires respectivement au niveau d'au moins un ou d'au moins deux modules plans, en particulier par une ou plusieurs parties d'appui, qui sont disposées de manière à correspondre aux positions angulaires respectives. Ainsi, des modules plans peuvent être montés, au moyen d'un seul type de dispositif de maintien, en toute simplicité et de manière flexible.
