Ein Verfahren zur Presssitz-Montage eines ringförmigen Bauteils (300) auf einem zylindrisches Bauteil (400) ist gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte: - das ringförmige Bauteil (300) wird unter Ausübung eines im Wesentlichen achsparallel zum zylindrischen Bauteil (400) wirkenden vorgebbaren Drucks auf das zylindrische Bauteil (400) geschoben; - das ringförmige Bauteil (300) wird während des Aufschiebens auf das zylindrische Bauteil (400) mit Ultraschall vorgebbarer Frequenz beaufschlagt.

The invention relates to a method for press-fit mounting of an annular component (300) on a cylindrical component (400) which is characterised by the following steps: the annular component (300) is pushed onto the cylindrical component (400) under the action of a predefinable pressure acting substantially coaxially to the cylindrical component (400); the annular component (300) is subjected to ultrasound of a predefinable frequency while being pushed onto the cylindrical component (400).

L'invention concerne un procédé de montage d'une pièce annulaire (300) sur une pièce cylindrique (400) avec ajustement serré, caractérisé par les étapes consistant à : - faire glisser la pièce annulaire (300) sur la pièce cylindrique (400) en exerçant une pression pouvant être prédéfinie et sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de la pièce cylindrique (400) ; - exposer la pièce annulaire (300) à des ultrasons dont la fréquence peut être prédéfinie, lorsque ladite pièce est glissée sur la pièce cylindrique (400).
