Abstract

A split collar mountable turbine is assembled in two separate halves and circumferentially attachable around existing structures. Top and bottom attachment rings each comprise first and second arcuate elements adapted to interconnect circumferentially about an axis to form two rings formed in spaced relation. A fan blade housing ring adapted to interface into complimentary slots within the top and bottom rings is received in complimentary slots and moves in tracks located in the top and bottom rings by magnetic levitation. The turbine further includes two pair of off-axis electrical generators each having rotating gears driven by rotation of said fan blade housing for producing electricity. A series of set screws and set guides affixed to the top and bottom rings can be adjusted to engage and be supported by a structure that is collared in the open center of the cylindrical wind turbine.

L'invention concerne une turbine en mesure d'être montée sur un manchon à deux pièces qui est assemblée en deux moitiés séparées et qui est en mesure d'être attachée dans le sens de la circonférence autour de structures existantes. Les anneaux de fixation supérieur et inférieur comportent chacun des premier et deuxième éléments arqués adaptés à des fins d'interconnexion dans le sens de la circonférence autour d'un axe pour former deux anneaux formés en une relation espacée. Une bague de logement de pale de ventilateur adaptée à des fins d'interface dans des fentes complémentaires à l'intérieur des anneaux supérieur et inférieur est reçue dans des fentes complémentaires et se déplace dans des voies situées dans les anneaux supérieur et inférieur par lévitation magnétique. La turbine comprend en outre deux paires de générateurs électriques hors-axe ayant chacun des engrenages rotatifs entraînés par rotation dudit logement de pale de ventilateur pour produire de l'électricité. Une série de vis de pression et de dispositifs de guidage de pression fixés sur les anneaux supérieur et inférieur peuvent être ajustés à des fins de mise en prise et à des fins de support par une structure qui est entourée tel un anneau dans le centre ouvert de la turbine éolienne cylindrique.
