This add-on automatic clutch device is to be added onto a vehicle having manual transmission and a clutch, and includes: a first hydraulic pipe having one end connected to a clutch master cylinder unit of the vehicle; a second hydraulic pipe having one end connected to a clutch release cylinder unit of the vehicle; a cylinder having a first port connected to the other end of the first hydraulic pipe and a second port connected to the other end of the second hydraulic pipe; a piston provided in the cylinder so as to be able to move back and forth; and a motor that generates drive power to cause the piston to move back and forth. A first port and a second port are disposed such that when the piston reaches the bottom dead center, oil can flow between the first hydraulic pipe and the second hydraulic pipe by the first port and the second port being connected through the cylinder.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'embrayage automatique complémentaire qui est destiné à être ajouté sur un véhicule comportant une transmission manuelle et un embrayage, et qui comprend : un premier tuyau hydraulique ayant une extrémité reliée à une unité de maître-cylindre d'embrayage du véhicule ; un second tuyau hydraulique ayant une extrémité reliée à une unité de cylindre de débrayage du véhicule ; un cylindre ayant un premier orifice relié à l'autre extrémité du premier tuyau hydraulique et un second orifice relié à l'autre extrémité du second tuyau hydraulique ; un piston fourni dans le cylindre de manière à pouvoir se déplacer en va-et-vient ; et un moteur qui génère une force motrice pour amener le piston à se déplacer en va-et-vient. Un premier orifice et un second orifice sont disposés de sorte que, lorsque le piston atteint le point mort bas, de l'huile puisse s'écouler entre le premier tuyau hydraulique et le second tuyau hydraulique par le premier orifice et le second orifice qui sont reliés à travers le cylindre.

 本発明の後付自動クラッチ装置は、マニュアルトランスミッションおよびクラッチを搭載した車両に後付けされるものであり、車両のクラッチマスタシリンダユニットに一端が接続される第1油圧配管と、車両のクラッチレリーズシリンダユニットに一端が接続される第2油圧配管と、第1油圧配管の他端が接続される第1ポートおよび第2油圧配管の他端が接続される第2ポートを有するシリンダと、シリンダ内に往復移動可能に設けられたピストンと、ピストンを往復移動させるための駆動力を発生するモータとを含み、ピストンが下死点に位置するときに、第1ポートおよび第2ポートがシリンダ内を介して連通することにより、第1油圧配管と第2油圧配管との相互間でオイルが流通可能であるように、第1ポートおよび第2ポートが配置されている。
