Provided is a planetary gear device (1) wherein a pinion shaft (20) is inserted by pressure into a main wall (11) and a supplementary wall (12) of a carrier (10). A sleeve (30) comprising first and second sleeves (30a, 30b) is rotatably fitted into the pinion shaft (20). A pinion gear (7) is supported on the sleeve (30) via a needle roller (18) that forms a full complement roller bearing. The sleeve (30), which is in contact with the needle roller (18), rotates with respect to a pinion shaft (20), and thus concentration of wear in specific portions is mitigated, and the pinion shaft (20) has a large contact surface with the sleeve (30), and thus the sleeve (30) also does not receive wear. Thus, a gear support structure that does not emit unwanted noise caused by rattling or uneven wear can be provided.

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'engrenage planétaire (1) selon lequel un arbre-pignon (20) est inséré par pression dans une paroi principale (11) et une paroi supplémentaire (12) d'un support (10). Un manchon (30) comprenant des premier et second manchons (30a, 30b) est fixé de manière à pouvoir tourner dans l'arbre-pignon (20). Un pignon satellite (7) est supporté sur le manchon (30) par l'intermédiaire d'une aiguille de roulement (18) qui forme un roulement à rouleaux entier complémentaire. Le manchon (30), qui est en contact avec l'aiguille de roulement (18) tourne par rapport à un arbre-pignon (20) et la concentration d'usure dans des parties spécifiques est ainsi atténuée, et l'arbre-pignon (20) présente une surface de contact importante avec le manchon (30) et le manchon (30) n'est donc également pas soumis à l'usure. Il est ainsi possible de proposer une structure de support d'engrenage qui n'émet pas de bruit indésirable provoqué par un cliquetis ou une usure irrégulière.

 遊星歯車装置(1)において、ピニオンシャフト(20)がキャリア(10)の主壁(11)と副壁(12)に圧入されている。ピニオンシャフト(20)には第1,第2スリーブ(30a,30b)からなるスリーブ(30)が回転可能に嵌め込まれている。ピニオンギア(7)が総ころ軸受けを形成するニードルローラ(18)を介してスリーブ(30)上に支持される。ニードルローラ(18)と接触するスリーブ(30)はピニオンシャフト(20)に対して回転するので、特定部位に集中する磨耗が抑えられ、ピニオンシャフト(20)もスリーブ(30)と広い面で接触するので磨耗しない。以上により、がたつきと偏磨耗による異音発生のないギア支持構造を提供できる。
