Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stator for a small high-power rotating electrical machine by suitably changing the coil shape of a distributed winding coil, thereby controlling the diameter-enlargement of the coil end due to interphase insulation while controlling the diameter-enlargement of the coil end due to lane changes. A stator winding is provided with 48 winding bodies (22) which are respectively produced by winding a continuous insulation-coated conductor wire having no connection sections, arrayed at a pitch of one slot in the circumferential direction by being attached to a first slot (131), a second slot (132), and a third slot (133) continuously provided in the circumferential direction at an interval of six slot angles. The winding bodies (22) are configured in a δ-shaped coil pattern formed by inserting a conductor wire (19) into the first slot (131), the second slot (132), the third slot (133), and the second slot (132) in that order, while alternately changing the insertion direction into the first slot (131), the second slot (132), and the third slot (133) from the axial direction.

La présente invention concerne un stator pour une petite machine électrique tournante de haute puissance, obtenu par transformation appropriée de la forme de la bobine d'une bobine d'enroulement réparti, de façon à contrôler l'agrandissement du diamètre de l'extrémité de la bobine dû à l'isolation entre phases tout en contrôlant l'agrandissement du diamètre de l'extrémité de la bobine dû aux changements de passage. Un enroulement statorique comprend quarante-huit corps d'enroulement (22) respectivement produits par enroulement d'un fil conducteur continu revêtu d'un matériau isolant exempt de sections de connexion, agencé selon un pas circonférentiel d'une encoche par fixation à une première encoche (131), une deuxième encoche (132) et une troisième encoche (133) ménagées de manière continue dans le sens de la circonférence à des intervalles d'angles de six encoches. Les corps d'enroulement (22) sont configurés en forme de bobine en delta par insertion d'un fil conducteur (19) dans la première encoche (131), la deuxième encoche (132), la troisième encoche (133) et la deuxième encoche (132) dans cet ordre, et par modification alternée du sens d'insertion dans la première encoche (131), la deuxième encoche (132) et la troisième encoche (133) à partir de la direction axiale.
