Die Parkbremseinrichtung mit einem bistabilen Parkbremsventil (1), mindestens einer von einer elektronischen Steuereinheit (52) angesteuerten elektrischen Magnetventileinrichtung (25), einem Relaisventil (31) und einer vom dem Relaisventil (31) angesteuerten Federspeicherbremse (51) hält in der elektronischen Steuereinheit (52) ein mehrdimensionalen Kennfeld gespeichert, das bei Änderung eines angeforderten Drucksollwertes (Psoll) für die Federspeicherbremse (51) die elektrische Magnetventileinrichtung (25) mit einem Initialpuls (Pi) von vorgegebener Zeitdauer (ti) ansteuert. Diese Zeitdauer ist dem gespeicherten Kennfeld entnommen. Das Kennfeld enthält Werte für die Zeitdauer (ti) in Abhängigkeit von dem angesteuerten Solldruck (Psoll) > einem Vorratsdruck (Pvorr) und einem geschätzten Ist-Druck (Pist), bzw. einem Differenzdruck (Delta P), der die Differenz eines geschätzten Ist-Drucks (Pist) und dem Solldruck (Psoll) ist. Damit wird ohne einen geschlossenen Regelkreis ein angesteuerter Druck für die Parkbremseinrichtung schnell erreicht.

The invention relates to a parking brake device having a bistable parking brake valve (1), at least one electrical solenoid valve device (25) controlled by an electronic control unit (52), a relay valve (31) and a spring applied brake (51) controlled by the relay valve (31), wherein the parking brake device holds stored in the electronic control unit (52) a multidimensional characteristic map, which controls the electric solenoid valve device (25) by means of an initial pulse (Pi) of predetermined duration (ti) upon change in a requested pressure setpoint (Psoll) for the spring applied brake (51). This duration (ti) is taken from the stored characteristic map. The characteristic map contains values for the duration (ti) according to the controlled desired pressure (Psoll) > a supply pressure (Pvorr) and an estimated actual pressure (Pist) or a difference pressure (delta P) which is the difference of an estimated pressure (Pist) and the desired pressure (Psoll). Thus a controlled pressure for the parking brake device is quickly achieved without a closed loop circuit.

L'invention concerne un système de frein de stationnement comprenant une vanne de frein de stationnement bistable (1), au moins un système d'électrovanne (25) commandé par une unité de commande électronique (52), une vanne relais 31) et un frein à accumulation (51) commandé par la vanne relais (31). Le système de frein de stationnement conserve dans l'unité de commande électronique (52) un diagramme caractéristique multidimensionnel qui, en présence d'une modification d'une pression de consigne (Psoll) exigée pour le frein à accumulation (51), commande le système d'électrovanne (25) avec une impulsion initiale (Pi) ayant une durée (ti) prédéfinie. Cette durée est tirée du diagramme caractéristique mis en mémoire. Le diagramme caractéristique contient des valeurs pour la durée (ti) en fonction de la pression de consigne (Psoll) commandée, une pression de réserve (Pvorr) et une pression réelle (Pist) estimée, ou une pression différentielle (Delta P) qui est la différence entre une pression réelle (Pist) estimée et la pression de consigne (Psoll). Une pression commandée pour le dispositif de frein de stationnement est ainsi atteinte rapidement sans circuit de régulation fermé.
