Abstract

The embodiments herein relate to a method in a network node (101) for handling states associated with a wireless device (105) in a communications network (100). The network node (101) is connected to the wireless device (105) over a communications link (110). The communications link (110) is in a current state. The network node (101) receives, from the wireless device (105) information related to a data activity in the wireless device (105). The received information comprises at least information other than a current amount of data associated with the data activity. Based on the received information, the network node (101) determines a change associated with the current state.

Les modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent un procédé dans un nœud de réseau (101) pour gérer des états associés à un dispositif sans fil (105) dans un réseau de communications (100). Le nœud de réseau (101) est connecté au dispositif sans fil (105) sur une liaison de communication (110). La liaison de communication (110) est dans un état actuel. Le nœud de réseau (101) reçoit du dispositif sans fil (105) des informations relatives à une activité de données dans le dispositif sans fil (105). Les informations reçues comprennent au moins des informations autres que la quantité actuelle de données associée à l'activité de données. Sur la base des informations reçues, le nœud de réseau (101) détermine un changement associé à l'état actuel.
