A method for receiving downlink signal and an apparatus therefor are disclosed. A method for enabling a user equipment (UE) to receive a downlink signal from an eNB including a plurality of antenna ports in a wireless communication system includes: receiving a precoded reference signal according to a precoded reference signal configuration for the plurality of antenna ports; measuring receive (Rx) power of the reference signal for each of the plurality of antenna ports; and reporting, to the eNB, at least one of Rx power values of the reference signal, measured for the plurality of antenna ports. The reference signal is for serving cell search of the UE and precoding is applied to the plurality of antenna ports through which the reference signal is transmitted.

La présente invention se rapporte : à un procédé pour la réception d'un signal sur la liaison descendante ; et à un appareil correspondant. Un procédé selon l'invention, adapté pour permettre à un équipement d'utilisateur (UE) de recevoir un signal sur la liaison descendante en provenance d'un eNB comprenant une pluralité de ports d'antennes dans un système de communication sans fil consiste : à recevoir un signal de référence précodé conformément à une configuration de signal de référence précodé pour la pluralité de ports d'antennes ; à mesurer une puissance de réception (Rx) du signal de référence pour chacun de la pluralité de ports d'antennes ; et à rapporter, au eNB, au moins une des valeurs de puissance Rx du signal de référence, mesurée pour la pluralité de ports d'antennes. Le signal de référence est utilisé pour rechercher une cellule de desserte de l'UE, et un précodage est appliqué sur la pluralité de ports d'antennes via lesquels le signal de référence est transmis.
