This communication control method has: a base station; a user terminal that establishes a connection with the base station; and a network containing the base station and a network device that is the upper-level device of the base station. The communication control method is applied to a mobile communication system that supports D2D communication, which is direct inter-terminal communication. The communication control method has: a step in which the network acquires the load level of the base station; and a step in which the network determines whether or not to permit D2D communication of the user terminal on the basis of the load level.

Cette invention porte sur un procédé de commande de communication qui fait comprend : une station de base ; un terminal utilisateur qui établit une connexion avec la station de base ; et un réseau contenant la station de base et un dispositif de réseau qui est le dispositif de niveau supérieur de la station de base. Le procédé de commande de communication est appliqué à un système de communication mobile qui prend en charge une communication D2D, qui est une communication directe entre terminaux. Le procédé de commande de communication comprend : une étape à laquelle le réseau acquiert le niveau de charge de la station de base ; et une étape à laquelle le réseau détermine de permettre ou non une communication D2D du terminal utilisateur sur la base du niveau de charge.
