Provided is a communication control method that is a method for receiving an MBMS service. The communication control method comprises: a step (A) in which information for transitioning from a connected state to an idle state is transmitted to a cell (A) that belongs to a PLMN (1) when a UE (100) that is in a connected state in the cell (A) determines that an MBMS service that is of interest to the UE (100) is delivered by a PLMN (2); and a step (B) in which the UE (100) that has transitioned from the connected state to the idle state re-selects a cell (B) that belongs to the PLMN (2) and receives the MBMS service from the cell (B).

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de commande de communication qui est un procédé adapté pour recevoir un service MBMS. Le procédé de commande de communication selon l'invention comprend : une étape (A) au cours de laquelle des informations qui sont utilisées pour exécuter une transition d'un état connecté à un état de repos, sont transmises à une cellule (A) qui appartient à un RMTP (1), quand un UE (100) qui est dans un état connecté dans la cellule (A) détermine qu'un service MBMS qui présente un intérêt pour l'UE (100) est délivré par un RMTP (2) ; et une étape (B) au cours de laquelle l'UE (100) qui a exécuté une transition de l'état connecté à l'état de repos resélectionne une cellule (B) qui appartient au RMTP (2) et reçoit le service MBMS en provenance de la cellule (B).

 本発明に係る通信制御方法は、MBMSサービスを受信するための方法である。通信制御方法は、PLMN1に属するセルAにおいて接続状態のUE100が、自身の興味のあるMBMSサービスがPLMN2で配信されると判断した場合に、接続状態からアイドル状態に遷移するための情報をセルAに送信するステップAと、接続状態からアイドル状態に遷移したUE100が、PLMN2に属するセルBを再選択した上で、セルBからMBMSサービスを受信するステップBと、を含む。
