This endoscopic treatment system is provided with: an endoscopic treatment tool having an operating part that has a distal end and basal end, and a sheath which is connected to the distal end of the operating part and in which is formed a lumen through which a guide wire may pass; a guide wire holder onto which is wound in circular fashion a tube housing the guide wire; and a fastening member for linking the operating part to the guide wire holder in such a way that the distal end and the basal end of the operating part are positioned outside the circle of the guide wire holder.

L'invention concerne un système de traitement endoscopique qui est doté de : un outil de traitement endoscopique comportant une partie fonctionnelle qui comporte une extrémité distale et une extrémité basale et une gaine qui est connectée à l'extrémité distale de la partie fonctionnelle et dans laquelle se trouve un lumen à travers lequel un fil-guide peut passer ; un support de fil-guide sur lequel est enroulé de manière circulaire un logement de tube du fil-guide ; et un élément de fixation permettant de relier la partie fonctionnelle au support de fil-guide, de sorte que l'extrémité distale et l'extrémité basale de la partie fonctionnelle sont positionnées en dehors du cercle du support de fil-guide.
