Provided are: a thermal switch having a simple structure, the heat transfer performance of which is able to be changed by means of temperature; a temperature regulating structure which is provided with this thermal switch; and a battery pack. A thermal switch (1) is provided with: a first protective layer (2); a second protective layer (3) that is arranged so as to form a pair with the first protective layer (2); and a thermal expansion member (4) which is joined to a surface of the first protective layer (2), said surface facing the second protective layer (3), and the volume of which reversibly changes with a change in the temperature. The thermal expansion member (4) and the second protective layer (3) face each other and are not in contact with each other at normal temperature by having a gap (5) therebetween. The size of the gap (5) is determined so that the thermal expansion member (4) and the second protective layer (3) come into contact with each other by thermal expansion of the thermal expansion member (4), thereby enabling heat transfer.

L'invention concerne : un commutateur thermique ayant une structure simple, dont la performance de transfert thermique est apte à être changée au moyen de la température ; une structure de régulation de température qui est pourvue de ce commutateur thermique ; et un bloc-batterie. Un commutateur thermique (1) comprend : une première couche protectrice (2) ; une seconde couche protectrice (3) qui est agencée de façon à former une paire avec la première couche protectrice (2) ; et un élément à dilatation thermique (4) qui est relié à une surface de la première couche protectrice (2), ladite surface faisant face à la seconde couche protectrice (3), et dont le volume change de manière réversible avec un changement de la température. L'élément à dilatation thermique (4) et la seconde couche protectrice (3) se font face et ne sont pas en contact l'une avec l'autre à température normale, en ayant un intervalle (5) entre ceux-ci. La taille de l'intervalle (5) est déterminée de telle sorte que l'élément à dilatation thermique (4) et la seconde couche protectrice (3) viennent en contact l'un avec l'autre par dilatation thermique de l'élément à dilatation thermique (4), ce qui permet ainsi un transfert thermique.

 温度によって伝熱性能を変化させることができる簡易な構造の熱スイッチ、それを備えた温度調整構造、及びバッテリーパックを提供する。熱スイッチ1は、第1保護層2と、第1保護層2と対になるよう配置された第2保護層3と、第1保護層2の、第2保護層3と対向する側に接合された、温度変化に伴いその体積が可逆的に変化する熱膨張部材4と、を備え、熱膨張部材4と第2保護層3とは、常温時に接触することなく間隙5を有した状態で対向しており、熱膨張部材4と第2保護層3とが、熱膨張部材4の熱膨張によって接触し熱伝導可能となるよう、間隙5の大きさが定められている。
