A pair of fluid chambers in which an incompressible fluid is sealed are positioned between an inner tube and an outer tube, and a pair of orifice-forming members (20) are provided so as to connect one fluid chamber with the other fluid chamber. Furthermore, the orifice-forming members (20) have a vertical groove (62) for connecting to each of the fluid chambers, an orifice channel (64), and a liquid retention part (66) for connecting the vertical groove (62) and the orifice channel (64). In addition, the liquid retention part (66) is formed in a manner such that the groove width thereof is greater than that of the orifice channel (64), and the groove depth thereof is deeper than that of the orifice channel (64).

Une paire de chambres à fluide dans lesquelles un fluide incompressible est rendu étanche est positionnée entre un tuyau interne et un tuyau externe et une paire d'éléments formant orifice (20) est disposée de manière à raccorder une chambre à fluide à l'autre chambre à fluide.
