A colored composition which comprises a dye represented by general formula (I) and water and enables the provision of a colored part having an excellent hue and excellent light resistance [wherein Y101 to Y112 independently represent CH or N (wherein the total number of nitrogen atoms in each of a group consisting of Y101 to Y104, a group consisting of Y105 to Y108 and a group consisting of Y109 to Y112 is 0 to 2); R101 represents H, an oxygen radical, a hydroxy group, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or an alkoxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; R102 and R103 independently represent a secondary or tertiary alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; L101 represents a linking group such as an alkylene group, -O-, -S-, -NR201-, -CO-, -SO2-, -COO-, -SO2NR201-, -CONR201-, -SiR2012-, an arylene group and a heterocyclic group; R201 represents H, an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group; M101 represents Cu, Zn, Ni or Co; M102 represents H, an ammonium group, or an alkali metal atom; n101 ≥ 1; and n103 ≥ 1].
