A surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) unit (1A) is provided with: an SERS element (2) having a substrate (21), and an optical functional part (20) that is formed on the substrate (21) and causes surface-enhanced Raman scattering; a conveying substrate (3) that supports the SERS element (2) when being conveyed, from which the SERS element (2) detaches when measurements are performed; and a holding part (4) that has sandwiching sections (41) that sandwich the SERS element (2) between the conveying substrate (3) and the holding part (4), and detachably holds the SERS element (2) on the conveying substrate (3).

L'invention porte sur une unité de diffusion Raman à surface améliorée (SERS) (1A) qui comporte : un élément SERS (2) ayant un substrat (21), et une partie fonctionnelle optique (20) qui est formée sur le substrat (21) et provoque une diffusion Raman à surface améliorée; un substrat de transport (3) qui supporte l'élément SERS (2) lorsqu'il est transporté, à partir duquel l'élément SERS (2) se détache lorsque des mesures sont réalisées; et une partie de maintien (4) qui possède des sections de prise en sandwich (41) qui prennent en sandwich l'élément SERS (2) entre le substrat de transport (3) et la partie de maintien (4), et maintient de manière libérable l'élément SERS (2) sur le substrat de transport (3).
