[Problem] To provide: a dielectric ceramic composition which has a high dielectric constant of 3000 or more under a high temperature of 150°C or more and which has a practically sufficient relative dielectric constant at a dc applied electric field of 2V/μm; and a dielectric element using the dielectric ceramic composition. [Solution] A dielectric ceramic composition which is a composite oxide represented by formula (1). {[(BisNat)a(BiuKv)bBac]1-dNad}xTi1-dNbdO3…(1) [In the formula (1), a, b, c, d, s, t, u, v and x are each a number that satisfies the following formulas.] 0.20≤a<0.95 0.00(0.80-a)/2 when 0.20(FR)
[Problème] Fournir une composition céramique diélectrique ayant une constante diélectrique élevée de 3000 ou plus à une haute température de 150°C ou plus et ayant une constante diélectrique relative pratiquement suffisante pour un champ électrique appliqué en courant continu de 2 V/µm ; et un élément diélectrique utilisant la composition céramique diélectrique.
