This medical instrument (1) has an articulated section (10). Said articulated section (10) has a flexible covering tube (11) and a curving tube (12) disposed inside said covering tube (11). A base section (15) of said curving tube (12) is affixed to the inside surface of the covering tube (11), and a tip section (13) of the curving tube (12) supports an incision electrode (4). The curving tube (12) has a flexible spring section (14) between said base section (15) and tip section (13). The tips of two wires (24 and 25) are affixed to the tip section (13). The base ends of said wires (24 and 25) are pulled by actuators (33 and 34). If said actuators (33 and 34) pull just one of the wires (24 or 25), the flexible spring section (14) and the covering tube (11) curve. If the actuators (33 and 34) pull both of the wires (24 and 25) simultaneously, the flexible spring section (14) contracts and the incision electrode (4) is pulled into the covering tube (11).

L'invention concerne un instrument médical (1), qui comprend une section articulée (10). Ladite section articulée (10) comprend un tube de revêtement souple (11) et un tube de courbure (12) disposé à l'intérieur dudit tube de revêtement (11). Une section de base (15) dudit tube de courbure (12) est fixée à la surface intérieure du tube de revêtement (11), et une section de pointe (13) du tube de courbure (12) porte une électrode d'incision (4). Le tube de courbure (12) a une section de ressort souple (14) entre ladite section de base (15) et ladite section de pointe (13). Les pointes de deux fils (24 et 25) sont fixées à la section de pointe (13). Les extrémités de base desdits fils (24 et 25) sont tirées par des actionneurs (33 et 34). Si lesdits actionneurs (33 et 34) ne tirent qu'un des fils (24 ou 25), la section de ressort souple (14) et le tube de revêtement (11) se courbent. Si les actionneurs (33 et 34) tirent les deux fils (24 et 25) simultanément, la section de ressort souple (14) se contracte et l'électrode d'incision (4) est tirée dans le tube de revêtement (11).
